All-in-one grout plant is mainly used to make and grout cement slurry in the highway, railway, hydropower, construction, mining and other ground and underground construction fields.

. LGP series grout plant is available in different tank sizes, capacity and output. Mixer volume range is from 100L to 1200L, agitator volume range is from 150L to 3000L. We could provide customized services for customers according to their requirements.

LGP250/700/75PI-E all-in-one grout plant for tunnel boring is driven by a electric engine. It is combination of mixer, agitator and grout pump, and the function switch between mixer and agitator is realized by using squeeze switch. In order to ensure the continuous slurry flowing and not easily leaking, it is also equipped with single acting cylinders piston pump.

The mixer is used to obtain paste through the intense mixing of water and cement or bentonite. The obtained mix is transported into an agitator. 
The mixer capacity of LGP250/700/75PI-E grout plant is 250L, its motor power is 7.5Kw. The suitable water- ratio of the mixer is 0.5:1.
Agitator of LGP250/700/75PI-E all-in-one grout plant for tunnel boring: 
An agitator, which maintains in suspension mixes such as mortar or bentonite clay. Then grouting pump absorbs cement paste from agitator. Because of using rectangular agitator, makes the plant with smaller boundary dimension. 
The agitator capacity of LGP250/700/75PI-E grout plant is 700L, its working power is 1.5Kw.

The grout pump of LGP250/700/75PI-E grout plant is designed for single acting cylinders piston pump, so discharge of grouting pump is continuous, uniform and smaller pulse. The grout pump adopts the full hydraulic drive. Grouting pressure and output are step-less adjustable and grout pump have high speed and low speed by rotating ball valve switch. 
When its working pressure is 0-5Mpa, its output is 0-75L/min; when its working pressure is 0-10Mpa, its output is 0-40L/min. And its power is 7.5Kw.

1. One and two-oil gear pump to get large output and high pressure in one pump.
2. Single piston and two-acting.
3. Vertical type pump with compact size.

5. Safely releasing pressure when pumping block.
