LMP-5X Screw pump plastering machine with mixer is suitable for pumping and spraying pump-able wet mortars with grain sizes of up to 6mm. The machine combines a 100 L mortar mixer, a 100 L agitator and an adjustable screw pump with an output of 7–40 L/min. The mixer prepares a uniform mortar mixture, while the agitator helps maintain material consistency before it is steadily conveyed through the screw pump. Its adjustable delivery capacity allows operators to match the mortar output to different materials and construction requirements.

For convenient on-site operation, the LMP-5X is supplied with a mortar hose, air hose, spray gun, nozzle and remote-control system.
