The LFC100H/SF foam concrete grouting equipment converts truck-delivered premixed mortar into foamed concrete directly on site. It supports void filling, low-strength backfilling, tunnel construction and specified onshore and offshore grouting applications.
Production begins with 50:50 premixed mortar being discharged from a concrete mixer truck into the unit’s built-in receiving hopper. A mechanical agitator keeps the mortar mixed before it enters the delivery stream, where preformed foam is injected inline to produce the finished foamed concrete.
The system is assembled on a heavy-duty steel skid frame with integrated jacking legs and wheels for positioning and movement around the worksite. Its compact layout fits within a standard 20-foot container, simplifying transport between projects and storage when not in use.
