The coke oven repair shotcrete machine is designed for pumping and spraying premixed refractory materials during the maintenance and rehabilitation of coke oven linings. It can be used for localized repair of coke oven walls, door areas, roofs and other damaged refractory surfaces.

► Application:
LCG-40 Refractory shotcrete equipment is suitable for coke plants, steelworks and industrial furnace maintenance contractors. Pumping capacity, delivery pressure, conveying distance, maximum aggregate size, spray lance and control system can be configured according to the refractory material and repair conditions.

The prepared refractory mixture is fed into the pump hopper and conveyed through the delivery pipeline to the spraying nozzle. Compressed air at the nozzle accelerates the material onto the repair surface, helping create a dense and uniform refractory layer.
