ADDRESSLE90R Small portable core drill rig is a compact boring machine developed for diamond core drilling, soil investigation and geological exploration. Installed on a robust steel drag skid, the complete unit integrates the power system, four-speed transmission, drill head, hoist, hydraulic slide base, control tank, drag pulleys and four-pole mast.
A 15 HP diesel engine is supplied as the standard power source, while alternative power options can be selected for different working environments. The drill head and planetary hoist are both driven through the four-speed transmission, allowing operators to adapt the drilling and lifting speed to changing ground conditions.
Twin hydraulic feed cylinders provide continuously adjustable drill-head movement and an upward thrust of up to 5,580 kgf at 103 bar. The drill head can be swiveled for angle drilling, while the hydraulic slide base offers 370 mm of movement toward or away from the borehole. Three drag pulleys make it easier to reposition this portable diamond core drilling rig between drilling points.
