1. Before disassembling the high-flow peristaltic pump, mark the left and right air chambers and liquid chambers respectively for subsequent reassembly.
2. Connect the outlet pipe with a wrench, loosen the small clamp with liquid chamber, remove the outlet pipe to see the valve ball and valve seat, take out the valve ball and valve seat, and check other parts of the pump for wear, chemical corrosion and cracks.

If operation is required, the pump with adjustable speed should be selected for the change of flow rate, and the rated flow rate of the pump should not be used for large flow rate.
3. When the process is gap operation and there is no quantitative requirement, the rated flow of the pump can be larger than the actual required flow. If there are quantitative requirements, the rated flow rate of the pump should be basically consistent with the actual flow rate. If the actual flow rate of the pump is greater than the required flow rate, bypass pipe can be added for adjustment.
4. The rated pressure of the pump refers to the working pressure of the pump equipped with a certain power motor. The actual working pressure of the pump is determined by the pipe resistance loss of the pump itself. Therefore, in operation, the actual working pressure of the pump should not be greater than the rated pressure of the high flow rate peristaltic pump with rubber hose.
5. The service temperature of ordinary hose is < 100 C, considering the heat generated by moving parts during operation, it is generally used for workers whose material temperature is < 80 C. If the material temperature is allowed to reach 100 C under the condition of ventilation (or cooling), if the material temperature is > 100 C, heat-resistant hose should be selected.
6. Because the pump is a type of pump, it has pulsation when conveying materials.
7. The high flow rate peristaltic pump with rubber hose is allowed to run idle for a short time.
