LGM80/50PLD-E grouting pump have double plunger hydraulic with two low-wear plunger pump, and ball valves, low pressure surge, variable pressure and flow. It is driven by a electric engine. Pressure and flow could be adjustable step-less. It is rated pressure from 0-5Mpa and the adjustable flow rate from 0-80L/min. And its power unite is 11Kw.
LGH75/100PI-E grouting pump weighs 390kg. Its rated working pressure range from 0-10Mpa, its rated output range from 0-40L/min, and its power unit is 7.5kw.
Before starting each time, check whether the hydraulic oil rod is sufficient and whether the proximity switch is fixed in place.
When the grout pump is working, check whether the oil pressure is stable, whether the oil temperature is high, and whether there is oil leakage.
When the grout pump shutting down, clean the grouting cylinder and delivery hose in time.
