Our LMA850-1500E grout mixer machine is specially designed for consolidation grouting in dams, cement mixing and grouting in underground engineering. It is a skid mounted grout unit. This system is designed to provide a continuous mixing operation. The water, cement and bentonite are mixed through a high speed vortex produced by a special pump. As soon as the mixing process is over, the mixture is transferred into the agitator. The slow stirring paddle prevents the grout from setting out of suspension and removes any air bubbles from the mix. Mixer and agitator is switch by using butterfly valve.

LMA850-1500E grout mixer machine for consolidation grouting in dams is a combination of a steel sheet cylindrical mixer tank, heavy-duty slurry pump, and agitator tank, and set-up on a strong base frame. It’s agitator is used as holding tanks between the grout mixer and the grout pump. In the slowly revolving agitator, the grout suspensions are homogenized and possible air bubbles removed.
