Recently one customized variable output dry spray refractory guntie machine was sent to customer. This refractory gunning machine is designed base on our normal shotcrete machine. In this machine, an ABB frequency converter is added for speed controlling. Collect dust bag is added for material saving. Pre-dampening nozzle are added for adding some water at nozzle thus lower rebound, lower dust, reduce additive water amount and improve refractory compactness and strength. This customized variable output dry spray refractory gunning machine used by many customers and get good feedback.

Customized variable output dry spray refractory guntie machine is equipped with ABB frequency converters, new type pre-dampening nozzle assy, high pressure water pump for fire extinguisher. The ABB frequency converter is used to adjust the result from 1m3/h to 3m3/h. The material closes the conveyor hose if its output capacity is greater when sprayed. A high pressure water pump is used to supply the higher pressure water to the nozzle connection, the pressurized water enters the water ring into the nozzle and circulates the atomization and promotes uniform mixing of the material and water. The new type pre-dampening nozzle assy can accurately adjust the amount of water added. It can effectively reduce the amount of water added. In addition, the tip of the new type nozzles differs from the tip of ordinary concrete machine nozzles, it is flexible and reduces back.

2. Sector hole to replace the circle hole in the rotor to improve the volume of the rotor and to decrease friction area, then with the same output, the rotor speed will be lower to improve the work life of rubber sealing plate and keep the motor power lower..

3. The combination of gunning machine and high pressure water pump, it is easy to move..

4. Add automatic lubricator to the rubber seal plate to make the work life of wear parts longer and make the motor power lower.
