Shotcrete machines

Shotcrete machines can be used to control the entire process, and make it very fast and easy. Manual and mechanical methods are used for wet spraying process, but wet shotcrete is traditionally applied by the machine. High jet output and large cross-section requires work mechanization. Concrete spraying systems duplex pump is mainly used mixed with wet material work. Unlike traditional concrete pump, concrete delivery of these systems must meet the flow is as constant as possible, so continuous additional requirements to ensure a uniform spray application.
