With this LZ-3ER, you can get low dust and high performance spraying flow in nozzle.  LZ-3ER is specially designed for refractory material spraying, output is 3m3/h, acceptable max. aggregate size is 10mm, driven by electric motor, with ABB frequency converter, flow could be adjustable according to needs, also equipped with booster water pump and Pre-dampening refractory nozzle to ensure you could use the machine when get it.

Gunite machine for refractory is rotor type gunite machine, widely used for spraying refractory, castable in steel plant. Considering that many customers' voltage is different with ours, we could also customize suitable voltage according to customers'local voltage.

Now our new LZ-3ER/S dry refractory gunning machine is an upgraded version of LZ-3ER refractory guniting machine. Effectively reduces dust and greatly improves the spraying effect. Its rotor body hole and rigid liner are changed from round hole to fan-shaped hole, which increases the blanking volume and reduces the friction area. Under the same output, the speed and power can be effectively reduced, thereby the service life of the LZ-3ER/S dry refractory spraying machine is extended.

Rated output of LZ-3ER/S dry refractory gunning machine  is range from 1.5-3m3/h, its electric engine power is 4Kw, its operating air pressure is range from 2-4bar, its local voltage are respectively 3phase, 380V, 50Hz, and its max horizontal conveying distance is 200m.
