High output colloidal grout plant is pumping requirements on civil and mining projects. Our new colloidal grout mixing and backfill system has been built to work for you and the environment. It’s a high performance mixer that reduces downtime and waste and keeps your plants operating at or near 100% capacity all the time.

We know you’ve got a project to run. Our high output grout mixing and backfill systems free you and your personnel up for other project requirements. No babysitting required. A robust colloidal grout mixer and backfill systems built to consistently produce high quality, uniform mixes for construction, civil and mining applications.

The combination of the colloidal grout mixer with a high pressure grout pump into a self-contained grouting unit, makes a very versatile and efficient piece of equipment. Each machine incorporates mixers and pumps of matched capacity which together with an agitated storage tank enable virtually continuous operation once work has commenced.

The high output colloidal grout plant utilize proven, high performance centrifugal slurry pumps that are built to last and perform above industry standards. Impellers (discar’s) and high performance mechanical seals, our mills are reliable and easy to maintain.

Leadcrete mixing and pumping systems are built application specific for use in Jet Grouting, Soil Mixing, Tunnel Boring (TBM), Two Component Annulus Backfill Grouting, Permeation Grouting, Bentonite Mixing, Paste Backfill, and Cemented Rockfill (CRF) Plants.

The high output grout mixing and backfill systems provide self-contained grouting units capable of operating at high pressure and offering the advantage of colloidal mixing. All the pumps in this range are hydraulically powered, providing excellent control of flow and pressure.

Each machine incorporates mixers and pumps of matched capacity which together with an agitated storage tank enable virtually continuous operation once work has commenced.

The unique mixing action allows rapid mixing and pumping of grouts containing sand and neat cement grouts with water/cement ratios without additives, or lower with plasticisers or super plasticisers. The mixers are also very efficient at mixing bentonite and other clay products as the process accelerates hydration and makes a more stable product.
