Grout mixer with agitator in South Africa

Grout mixer is designed for high speed cement mixing. It uses impeller, insuring a rapid and thorough mix. Rated Rev. is 1500rpm. Mixing time for one tank just takes about 3min. The special mixing effect of cement or bentonite with water is archived in mixer by a high turbulence created in the pump casing. This turbulence with its high shear forces separates the cement or bentonite particles which results in a fully hydrated suspension.

Grout agitator is designed to slowly stir materials and prevent separation, also removes any air bubbles from the mix. Normally it is designed 36rpm.
