Foam concrete for blocking water in mine

Blocking water by grouting is an important techniques for preventing of groundwater. At present, the main material for blocking water is cement slurry and water glass slurry. The advantage is low cost and the sources are extensive. But after hardening, it is easy shrinkage and will produce small gap. Washed by water, the gap will become bigger, so the effect is not ideal.

It we use foam concrete as the material for blocking water, the effect will be much better. Foam concrete doesn’t shrink and is no deformable, it will increase the flow paths to achieve better effect of blocking water.
