It also meets different densities of foam concrete products manufacturing.

Leadcrete lightweight cement machine for CLC blocks making machine can be used for roof insulation constructions. The foam material used in roof insulation is with warm keeping, heat insulating function, it's effect is 20-30 times the ordinary material, which keeps the room temperature of top floor the same as other floors, warm in winter and cool in summer. Foam concrete machine is applied for insulating layer in floor heating constructions: the surface will flow smooth naturally and is an essential advanced equipment for floor heating construction.

Foam concrete construction is to use the foaming system of the foaming machine to fully foam the foaming agent mechanically, and to uniformly mix the foam with the cement slurry, and then perform in-situ construction or mold forming through the pumping system of Leadcrete foaming machine.
