We are a peristaltic pump for pumping sulfuric manufacturer. We are engaged in the research and development, production and sales of peristaltic pump. Nowadays, we have developed LH and LCP series peristaltic pumps. Such as:

LH76-770B(green) peristaltic pump to pump concentrated sulfuric working pressure is 1.5Mpa, its output capacity is 20m3/h, and its power unit are respectively 15Kw, 380V, 50Hz.

LCP20H-H peristaltic pump for pumping sulfuric is designed on the basis of squeeze pump. Its working pressure is 25bar, its max output is 20m3/h.

Application of peristaltic pump:

Our peristaltic pump are suitable for pumping sulfuric, corrosive, abrasives, shear sensitive fluids, high viscosity fluids, high density fluids, large solids, and mainly applied in follow fields:

1. Construction.

Pumping fine grained concrete, foamed concrete and mortar.

2. Water treatment.

The peristaltic hose pump for transferring slurry can be used to pump water or waste water.

3. Paper industry.

It can be used for pumping pulp, color and glue in the paper making process.

4. Food items.

It is used for pumping beer, wine, milk, juice, etc.

5. Mining.

Our peristaltic pump to pump concentrated sulfuric have some significant features, such as:

(1) Adopting roller structure, rather than pressure shoe, it could reduce friction. As we all know, there are two pieces bearing in the roller structure, it bring about rolling friction between roller and squeeze hose. Compared with sliding friction, rolling friction on the squeeze hose wear is relatively small, it can also prolong the hose service life.

(2) No lubricating oil is added to the peristaltic pump to pump concentrated sulfuric. And there are no seal structure in peristaltic hose pump.

(3) We can add vibration reduction systems according to the requirement of our customers. Vibration reduction systems can reduce pulse in the use.

Maintenance of peristaltic pump to pump concentrated sulfuric:

The hose should be replaced in time according to the frequency of use of the specific pump during use. When the hose breaks and the liquid seeps from the hose and flows into the roller of the pump head, the pump head should be disassembled and cleaned in time to avoid weathering and solidification in the gap of the roller to avoid jamming of the pump head. If the liquid is highly corrosive, please choose a corrosion-resistant hose to avoid damage to the pump.
