High shear colloidal grout mixer

High shear grout mixers are specially designed, skid or wheel mounted. High shear high speed colloidal mixing systems designed for cement or bentonite mixing.

Grout mixer volume from 250L, 300L, 400L, 500L and 750L are all produced by us. Different volume for your projects option. The mixing tank is equipped with a variable speed high-shear impeller, rotating at speeds up to 1450 rpm, providing rapid mixing action. The mixing process accelerates hydration and produces a more stable, homogenous product. From the mix tank, material flows through a hose pipeline, onto a fine mesh screen, and into the agitator tank. Operator controls are centrally located for efficient production.

Colloidal grout mixer are widely used in post tensioning, tunnels, shafts and mining projects.
