Grout mixer for drill also can be used in the construction of hydropower, railway, highway, construction, mining and other industries. The grout or squeezer, cement and water can be mixed into a slurry quickly. Compared with the general grout mixer, the grout mixer machine for drill has the characteristics of high pulping efficiency, simple operation, uniform slurry, and short-distance conveying function.

When the grout mixer machine for drill is working, cement and water are added into the pulping cylinder in proportion, and the materials in the cylinder flow and uniformly mix at a high speed under the action of the pulping pump, and the prepared slurry flows into the storage cylinder through the valve. Stirring paddles are installed in the storage barrel to avoid slurry precipitation.

Safe operation steps of grout mixer machine for drill:

(1) The appropriate dispersing disc and mixing head should be selected according to the requirements of the work; the steps of replacing the dispersing disc or mixing head: first unscrew the nut at the bottom of the dispersing disc with a wrench, remove the dispersing disc to be replaced, and then replace it with a new one. The upper dispersion disc is screwed on the drive shaft.

(2) After turning on the power, turn on the power switch, and twist the speed control knob on the motor to the right to slowly start the rotation, and twist the motor to the left to slowly reduce the speed. When the rotation speed is high, the stirring rod will swing slightly. It is a normal condition and does not affect the use. Note: The mixing head of this machine is strictly prohibited from leaving the material to run.

(3) After the work is finished, return the governor to 0, turn off the power switch, cut off the power supply, and pull out the plug.

(4) After use, the grout mixer machine for drill should be cleaned in time. When the grout mixer for drill is cleaned, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the residual cement slurry to prevent residual agglomeration, which may cause equipment failure during the next use. After cleaning the grout mixer for drill, add grease to the grease hole to increase the service life of the internal seal of the transmission assembly.
