Shotcrete concrete pump for sale is an equipment used for dry spraying and wet spraying concrete. Shotcrete is the use of compressed air to transport a certain proportion of concrete mixture through a pipeline and spray it at a high speed to the sprayed surface to set and harden, thereby forming a concrete supporting layer.

Shotcrete technology is widely used in tunnels, culverts, subways, hydropower projects, underground works and shotcrete construction operations in coal mines, swamp mines, and tunnels due to its simple process, unique effects, economical cost and fast construction speed.

Working principle of shotcrete concrete pump:

The mixed material is fed into the hopper of the ejector from the discharge port of the batching mixer through the vibrating screen, and is injected into the straight-through material cavity of the rotor by the dialer, and swirls with the rotor to the discharge port, where it flows from the air chamber. The compressed air is introduced, the material is blown into the discharge elbow, and another pressure air is introduced by the cyclone, which blows and accelerates the material in a multi-headed wind spiral state, and makes it rotate and float, enter the conveying pipe, and reach the nozzle. Add a small amount of supplementary water (when wet spray) and spray out.
