Leadcrete is a manufacturer of grout pump station, our new product LGP400-700-80PL-E grout pump station is a set of pulping machine, blender and grout pump in one. It with 400L high shear high speed grout mixer volume, agitator volume is 700L, max. grout pressure is 0-45Bar, grout flow is 0-80L/min, pulping fast, uniform, water, cement and other media can be quickly mixed into a uniform slurry; and then the mixed uniform slurry is transported to the mixing tank. The grouting pump sucks slurry from the mixing bucket (storage bucket) so as to realize continuous pulping and grouting operation. The grouting pressure and displacement are stepless adjustable, and the whole machine is compact in structure, easy to operate and takes up little space.

The grout pump station has following advantages:

1. Grouting pressure, displacement is stepless adjustable.

2. Simple structure, light weight, easy maintenance.

3. Continuous output with small pulse.

4. Less spare parts ensure low maintenance costs.

5. High speed vortex mixer ensures mix quickly and evenly.
