A set of foam concrete equipment mainly includes a mixer, a foam generator and a pump. And the pump may be the most important part for a CLC machine. There are mainly three types of foam concrete pump in market now, they are screw pump, hose pump and double cylinder piston pump. Screw pump is usually used for small capacity CLC machine, and suitable for roof insulation and floor heating. The maximum delivering height of screw pump is about 40-50 meters. Hose pump, also called peristaltic pump, is the most widely used pump for CLC machine, and it also is most hot sale and strongly recommend foam concrete pump. Peristaltic pump can keep the quantity and ratio of foam very well and reduce the damage to the bubble. What is more, peristaltc pump almost need no maintenance and the service lift is much longer than other kinds of pump. So, it can save your usage cost greatly. Double cylinder piston pump is usually used for high capacity CLC machine, such as 20 m3/h or higher. The maximum delivering height is about 180 meters.

2. The strength is low, easy to be bumped into powder and flexible small pieces, that is, flying does not cause damage to the aircraft and the personnel on board. Therefore, the foam concrete airport block material is a safety barrier for the aircraft to take off and land.
