LMA500-1000E cement slurry grout mixer consists of a steel sheet cylindrical mixer tank, heavy-duty slurry pump and agitator tank, set-up on a strong base frame.

It can produce various types of grout, such as water, cement, bentonite and additive. And it can be mixed in a 500 liters mixer machine, then the mixed slurry can be stored in a 1000 liters agitator. Thus the mixing work can continuously be done.

Its water-cement ratio is greater than 0.5, its mixer power is 7.5Kw, mixer’s pump pressure is more than 0.2Mpa. Mixer’s water tank is 250L.

Features of LMA500-1000E cement slurry grout mixer:

4. Simple grout transfer from mixer to agitator.

LM400D is a diesel cement grout mixer. It is specially designed for cement mixing and grouting in underground engineering. We also can equip agitator for this machine to make the mixing work continuously. The tank capacity of cement slurry grout mixer is 400L, its output pressure is 1bar, its diesel engine power is 10Hp, and its water-cement ratio is greater than 0.45.

Cement slurry grout mixer instructions for use:

1. Check that the steering of the mixing impeller is correct to ensure that the slurry pipe does not leak;

2. Add appropriate amount of water, turn on the equipment to clean and wet the cement grout mixing machine and pipeline, and discharge the water in the grout mixing machine after cleaning;

3. Turn on the bentonite cement grout mixing machine after adding water, then add the powder materials uniformly in the specified order, and control the addition time within 5-6 minutes. After all the powder materials are added, continue to stir for 3~5 minutes;

4. Transport the prepared slurry into the agitator to maintain dynamic slurry storage;

5. Clean the bentonite cement grout mixing machine and pipelines immediately after the mixing is completed, and turn on the machine so that the remaining cement slurry in the grout mixing machine and pipelines is discharged cyclically.
