Underground mining wetcrete machines

Wet shotcrete machine is widely used for underground mining. Considering that underground mining can’t have too much dust in the using, on the other hand, underground mining is important project, need higher strength. wetcrete machine have some outstanding features, such as low rebound, low dust, high strength than dry mix shotcrete machine.

Earth and rock excavations are effectively stabilized with shotcrete and a variety of reinforcement and anchoring systems. Using shotcrete to stabilize soil for excavation has advantages over traditional timber and steel shoring techniques. Shotcrete is also ideal for ground support in tunneling and mining. It provides early ground support after blasting or excavating; early strength development, which provides flexibility to allow for ground stabilization and stress relief; and offers the ability to conform to the natural irregular profile of the ground without formwork, which makes it ideal for any tunnel. It is also the preferred material/process for underground stations, side drifts, shops, and provides long-term stability. It can be used as a final or permanent lining for underground structures.

Underground mining wetcrete machines are rotor type shotcrete machine in the thin stream process, there are two line compressed air from air compressor, one line compressed air blow materials from above of the rotor out of whirl stream implement, another line compressed air blow materials to nozzle from the whirl stream implement. Underground mining wetcrete machines add accelerator in the nozzle.

LSZ3000 wetcrete machine is developed for the application of underground mining. This wetcrete machine has been designed especially for fibre spraying. And the dosing unit is combined with this machine. The output of LSZ3000 wetcrete machine is 5m3/h, max. horizontal conveying distance can be up to 30m, the max. aggregate size can meet 15mm.

Air motor driven or electric wetcrete machines for underground mining

Full pneumatic wetcrete machines don’t need any electric power supply, suitable for underground mining.

If choose electric wetcrete machines for underground mining, for safety, explosion-proof motors is needed.

Dosing pump for pumping accelerator

Usually, one set of dosing pump is integrated in underground mining wetcrete

machines frame, using for pumping accelerate in wet spraying process. Wet spraying process, wet materials have strong liquidity, in order to speed materials condense, adding the right amount of accelerator is essential.

Wet shotcrete machine hopper

For underground mining wetcrete machine, its hopper is different with dry mix shotcrete machine. Unique hopper design is good for exhaust, achieving best spraying effect. Four-point spring compression device position selection, made rotor steel plate and rubber sealing plate easy to compress, avoid materials leaks.
