Foam Concrete Grouting Application

Foam concrete also be known as cellular lightweight concrete, it has lightweight, high compression strength, thermal insulation, impermeability, saving costs etc. advantages.
Now cellular lightweight foam concrete material is replacing the normal concrete in many areas.

Cellular lightweight foam concrete is formed by the following process:

1. Put cement and water into a mixer;

2. Mix them in a certain proportion, press them into transmission pipelines through hydraulic cylinder;

3. According to a certain proportion foam mixed with water and then mixed with compressed air by the high-pressure pump;

4. In the pipeline it form the high-density foam and meticulous, at last form the foam cement with the slurry in the pipeline.

After we get the cellular lightweight foam concrete, we use the foam concrete pump to pumping or grouting them for filling platform, cellar, basement, hollow wallboard casting, sewer, drains, playground, tunnel etc.
