Hydraulic driven foam concrete pump
A hose peristaltic transfer pump (also known as a peristaltic hose pump or tube pump) is a type of positive displacement pump that moves fluids by mechanically compressing and releasing a flexible rubber hose. As the pump rotor turns, rollers or shoes squeeze the hose, pushing the fluid forward in a gentle, pulsating flow.
Common hydraulic driven foam concrete pump applications:
Mining: Tailings, thickener underflow, process slurries
Wastewater: Sludge transfer, chemical dosing, grit handling
Chemical: Sulfuric acid, caustic soda, viscous polymers
Tunneling & Construction: Bentonite slurry, grout (fine, no coarse aggregate), dewatering
Pulp & Paper: Lime mud, stock, black liquor
Food & Beverage: Syrups, yeast, fruit pulp (with food-grade hose)
Environmental: Biogas slurry, leachate, soil remediation fluids
