Jet Grouting Pump
Different projects have different requirements for grouting pressure, flow rate, and shape of the solidified body, and appropriate equipment should be selected according to the specific project conditions. For example, for projects that need to form a solidified body with a larger diameter, equipment with higher injection pressure and larger injection flow rate can be selected; for projects that need to form a solidified body with a specific shape, a Jet Grouting Pump that can control the direction of the jet flow can be selected.
Jet Grouting Pump is used for drilling grouting construction. It injects slurry into soil or rock formations through high-pressure jetting technology to achieve engineering purposes such as foundation reinforcement and anti-seepage and anti-leakage.

Jet Grouting Pump Working Principle:
Jet Grouting Pump uses a high-pressure pump to pressurize the slurry to more than 20MPa, and uses a nozzle installed at the end of the drill pipe to impact and destroy the soil in the form of a high-speed jet. The nozzle can usually perform rotational, directional or swinging spraying to form a cylindrical, plate-shaped or wall-shaped consolidation body. After the slurry is mixed with the cut soil particles, it solidifies to form a composite foundation with high strength and anti-seepage performance.

Jet Grouting Pump Features:
High-pressure spraying capability: It can generate high pressure of more than 20MPa to ensure that the slurry effectively penetrates and cuts the soil.
Various spraying forms: It supports three modes of rotary spraying, fixed spraying and swing spraying to meet different engineering needs.
The shape of the consolidation body is controllable: by adjusting the injection parameters, a cylindrical, plate-shaped or wall-shaped consolidation body can be formed.
High construction flexibility: the drilling diameter is small (usually 50mm or 30mm), which is suitable for complex geological conditions and protection of adjacent buildings.

Jet Grouting Pump Application:
Foundation reinforcement: used for building foundation reinforcement, soft soil foundation treatment and settlement control.
Anti-seepage and anti-leakage: anti-seepage of dam and gate bridge foundation, waterproofing of foundation pit and underground structures.
Mining and tunnel engineering: tunnel surrounding rock reinforcement, filling of goaf and treatment of gaps behind tunnel lining.
Municipal engineering: grouting reinforcement and anti-seepage treatment of infrastructure such as subways and bridges.
