Jet grouting equipment for drilling grouting
Jet grouting equipment for drilling grouting application:
Foundation reinforcement: improve the strength of building foundation, protect adjacent buildings during foundation pit excavation, protect bridge pier foundation, strengthen the back seat of shield method and jacking method, stabilize the excavation surface of mines, subways, tunnels and pipeline trenches, prevent soil landslides, protect docks and embankments, correct deviations, etc.
Seepage prevention and leakage control: prevention and control of foundation leakage of embankments, dams, gates, bridges, etc., seepage prevention and control of various foundation pits and underground structures, prevention and control of sand liquefaction, reduction of foundation vibration, treatment of roadbed slurry, remediation of underground anti-seepage walls, prevention of sandblasting and water gushing, etc.
Jet grouting equipment for drilling grouting features:
High-pressure jetting technology: Use a drilling rig to drill a hole, insert the grouting pipe with a nozzle into the predetermined position of the soil layer, use high-pressure equipment to make the slurry become a high-pressure jet of more than 20MPa, and spray it out from the nozzle to impact and destroy the soil. Some fine soil materials emerge from the water with the slurry, and the remaining soil particles are mixed with the slurry under the impact force, centrifugal force and gravity of the jet flow, and are rearranged regularly according to a certain slurry-soil ratio. After the slurry solidifies, it forms a consolidation body in the soil, which together with the soil between the piles forms a composite foundation, thereby improving the bearing capacity of the foundation and reducing the deformation of the foundation.

The shape of the consolidation body is controllable: The shape of the consolidation body formed by the high-pressure jet grouting method is related to the moving direction of the jet flow, and is generally divided into three forms: rotary jetting (abbreviated as rotary jetting), directional jetting (abbreviated as fixed jetting) and swing jetting (abbreviated as swing jetting). During the rotary spraying method, the nozzle rotates and rises while spraying, and the consolidation body is cylindrical; during the fixed spraying method, the nozzle sprays while rising, the spraying direction is fixed, and the consolidation body is plate-like or wall-like; during the swing spraying method, the nozzle sprays while rising, and the spraying direction swings back and forth at a small angle, and the consolidation body is thicker.

Flexible construction: During the rotary spraying method, only a small hole with a diameter of 50mm or 30mm is drilled in the soil layer, and a consolidation body with a diameter of 0.4-4.0m can be sprayed in the soil, so that new buildings can be built close to the foundation of existing buildings. In addition, it can be flexibly formed, either into a columnar consolidation body along the entire length of the drilled hole, or only one section, such as in any part of the middle of the drilled hole.
