Jet Pump Grout Systems
Jet Pump Grout Systems pressurizes the grout to more than 20MPa and ejects it at high speed through the nozzle. The high-speed jet impacts and destroys the soil, and the grout mixes with the soil particles. After the mixture solidifies, it forms a cylindrical, plate-shaped or wall-shaped consolidation body to improve the foundation strength or achieve anti-seepage.
Jet Pump Grout Systems are core equipment used in foundation reinforcement, anti-seepage and anti-leakage projects. They use high-pressure jetting technology to inject slurry into soil or rock formations to form composite foundations or anti-seepage structures.

As the core power source, the high-pressure jet grouting pump provides high-pressure slurry. The high-pressure jet grouting pump has a rated output of 0-250L/Min, a rated pressure of 450bar, and a power of 260HP, which is suitable for a variety of grouting scenarios.

Application scenarios of Jet Pump Grout Systems:
Foundation reinforcement: treatment of soft soil foundation, control of settlement.
Seepage prevention and leakage prevention: waterproofing of dams, foundation pits, and underground structures.
Mining and tunnel engineering: reinforcement of tunnel surrounding rock, filling of goaf areas.
Municipal engineering: reinforcement of subway and bridge foundations.
