Grouting mixing plant for soil enhancement project
In soil improvement projects, the improved grout mixing plant is the core fully automatic cement bentonite grouting mixing equipment, which can efficiently complete the mixing of cement, bentonite, lime and other materials. It is suitable for foundation reinforcement, road base, tunnel grouting and other scenarios.
In soil reinforcement projects, grouting mixing plants precisely mix cement-based or chemical grouts with soil to achieve soil solidification, increase strength, and reduce permeability. They are widely used in engineering scenarios such as foundation reinforcement, slope stabilization, and tunnel support.

Technical Principle: Synergistic Strengthening of Soil and Grout:
The core function of grouting mixing equipment is to thoroughly mix grouts such as cement, water glass, and polymers with soil particles, enhancing soil properties through the following mechanisms:
Chemical Bonding: Cement hydration products (such as C-S-H gel) encapsulate soil particles, forming a dense structure and increasing compressive strength (up to 5-20 MPa).
Filling and Densifying Effect: The grout fills soil pores, reducing permeability (the permeability coefficient can be reduced to 10⁻⁶-10⁻⁸ cm/s), effectively blocking groundwater flow.
Reinforcement Mechanism: In the deep mixing method, the mixing head cuts and mixes the grout and soil, forming a uniform reinforcement mass, significantly improving bearing capacity (suitable for soft soil foundation treatment).
